Janet Payne | Owner, Insurance Agent, Realtor

Janet was born and raised in Coffey County and has strong ties to the Community. She began her real estate career in 2000 and became a broker for Rock Creek Realty in 2004. In 2009, Janet and Angela Trimble founded TrustPoint Insurance & Real Estate.

In addition to her role as principal, Janet serves as both a realtor and an insurance agent with a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. She is a member of the Midwest Insurance Agency Alliance and the Independent Agency Owners Alliance, as well as the Kansas Association of Realtors (KAR), the Kansas Association of Independent Agents (KAIA) and the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA).

Janet sits on the Board of the Farmers Alliance Agents Council, is involved in Burlington Rotary and supports the American Cancer Society along with other numerous charities.

Janet and her husband, Mike, live in Burlington and have two grown children. Their daughter Mackenzie Jeffers is an Occupational Therapist & son-in-law Kendall Jeffers owns True Kansas Outdoors, both of Burlington. Their son Jayden Payne is currently attending Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS.
