Burlington REALTOR® Shalena Rohrer recently completed the prestigious leadership program through the Kansas Association of REALTORS®. Rohrer and eleven other Kansas REALTORS® were part of the 2024 class of the Right Track Leadership Academy.
Through the Right Track Leadership program, the Kansas Association of REALTORS® helps each participant recognize and maximize their unique, individual strengths while teaching skills and techniques to enrich their business, leadership, and everyday life. Participation in the program is limited each year to provide REALTORS® with a personal, hands–on leadership development experience.
